I was so nervous at first, I was sweaty and shaking, because everyone was crowded around me, and my ball python. But then it started getting easier! :D Pretty much the whole secondary came and saw him, and everyone was around me asking questions, petting him, and holding him. And he visited some classes, and a bunch of people got to touch a snake for the first time in their lives. :) Plus, I was able to talk to some people I've never spoken to before. One boy ended up really loving snakes, and I'd never spoken to him until today :D The other was a hot teacher I've never spoken to before. :D
It was just fun, everyone loved him, I got to talk to people, and get over some fear. It was a stressful day for him though, so now he's asleep in his cage, and I'll leave him alone for a couple days.

That's so neat that you can take your pets to school.

I know! I'm actually not sure if the principal found out...I'm not in trouble, either way. :D

Nope. He's a ball python. They are naturally quite small.

Awesome! If more people had contact with nice pet snakes, then there would be a lot less fear and hatred of them. Good job spreading snake-acceptance :D
I brought my boa and corn snake into a Biology class last year and got to get up and aspie-monologue about snakes to the whole class :)

Thanks! I enjoy spreading it, too. :D
Awesome. I would love to do that, but I'm afraid. So I settled for just showing him around.
