This is my Millenium Post, and I have a fun question to ask all of you! :star: :jester: :star:

What did you do to welcome The Year 2000?

This is what I did. My Family and I went to a New Years Eve party that was being hosted by a family that we were really good friends with. There was a DJ who played all types of Music. There were Silver Balloons and Streamers. There was even a Christmas Tree that was spray-painted Silver, with clear Christmas Lights! I wore a Silver blouse that I've bought, just for that occasion, because The New Millenium was a very big deal for me. I've spent most of the night, on the Dance Floor. I've even allowed myself to have a glass of Champange, at Midnight. (I'm not supposed to drink with my Medication, so this was Special.)

What did everybody else do?

I coming up on my milenium post too!

December 31, 1999 - I sat around in my bedroom watching and waiting for Y2K and waiting to see all the computers crash and for all the power to go out.

Er... I'm coming up to my 400th post - does that not count at all? Not even a tiny wee bit?

Although technically the new millennium started in 2001 and not 2000, I spent the evening with my family at home. I was 11 at the time. Can't say I remember very much about it, to be honest. It's a long time ago.
