I thought maybe there was a need for this thread.... :?

Me, I think both green and purple grapes are pretty nice. There are a lot of grape vines not far from where I am living- vineyards.

I think I like green grapes the best, but I like the look of purple grapes.

One country in Europe I visited was very lovely, there were grape vines growing wild everywhere, over fences, off houses and hanging from walls...

I like red grapes.

White grapes are okay, but the skin seems a bit thin.

I seriously thought there was a variety of grapes separate from red grapes known as purple grapes when I saw your post.

I'm going to play the I'm tired as all hell card on this one.

I love the way dark grapes look with that dusty look. Maybe dusty isn't the right word. Like this.

A little off topic but which would you rather eat?

or this?

I tend to go on rants about the evils of maraschino cherries. What an awful thing to do to a piece of fruit.

Grapes! :D
The slightly firm, long-ish green ones are my favourite.

i like thompson grapes (green seedless) best, and flame grapes (red seedless) second best.
but i like fresh blackcurrants the best of all.

although these do not look all that good as there are a few duds in this group, and they look generally dirty and not frosty and cold.

I like grapes as long as they're seedless.

The first one, please.

I didn't know I liked cherries until I had fresh ones.

But then again, canning makes prettymuch everything gross.

Oh yes! I do love grapes. I especially love muscadines, though. :) My grandmother used to make muscadine jelly.
