Hasn't she gone way too far with the plastic surgery?

Teen girls will think that's what all celebs do, including some of their their role-models, and that's how you get into Hollywood.
What a JOKE. I would rather be famous for doing something GOOD..

So wait, if I'm reading this right, this is someone who got famous due to some plastic surgeries? Weird. I don't know who she is but sounds like she sucks real bad.

She was famous before the surgeries, but I didn't really know who she was before.
She is on the reality show The Hills.

She was actually pretty before.. Now, not so much.

When i read the title, i thought it was going to be a "does heidi montag have asperger's?" board. LOL

Why do young girls feel the need to get plastic surgery? God makes people, the way that he wants them, to look.

Before is far better - That Michale Jackson nose is horrible.

Yeah I think the after would look okay if it wasn't for the Joan rivers nose. There is actually a third pic which fits between the two where she looks pretty natural and I like that one best.

These might make the difference clearer.. looks like shes had her chin done too.

her nose looks the same before and after, her lips look like they had fat
added to them and her cheek creases look like they were filled in, anyhow
was only going on the pictures above and I didn't know who she was before,
and wow that's alot of work, those boobs are ridiculous, her body was fine before
but her face looks ok

The nose is the most differing feature tbh, (Apart from the boobs) I can't honestly see how it looks even remotely the same.

OK...I sit corrected, Joan Rivers is a more accurate analogy.
Fact is, there is no way to improve on Natural Beauty - and That is that.
