I don't, for two reasons:

1. It would interact badly with my medications

2. I have a phobia of vomiting, and drinking can make you vomit

I recently found out the pleasures of non-alcoholic beer; it tastes better than the alcoholic stuff (to me). So yeah, I do now.

My mother didn't like me drinking the alcoholic stuff due to what can be seen as PTSD from others and their abuse of such (my poor mother), and I respect that, so I stopped.

Yes. *burps*
I've recently been trying a few specialty ales, and very nice they are too.

I haven't touched alcohol in many years but this is a brewery you need to check out. Their Shakespeare Stout is amazing, but everything they make is good. They also make mead.

I tried beer many times believing that I would eventually get to like it because many people seemed to like it and often offered it to me. But after many attempts I concluded beer is not for me. Its taste and smell are so awful.

The only thing keeping me from drinking is my lack of money.

I did once but it tasted like as what beer critics would say "Piss water."

It was a Keystone.

One person told me something about popular drinks, media, advertising, piss poor quality, and other things.

I'm so used to soft drinks, that I'd rather have a beer that tasted like a soft drink.

Socially only with friends (~once a month.) I used to be a staunch teetotaler but I've learned to loosen up a little.
