At the moment everyday I have a problem with feeling crabby and irritalbe all the time. Sometimes I just don't feel comftable in my own skin. Anxiety and stress its just overwhelming and chronic.

Any relaxation tips? Thanks.

I typically relax by stimming. 8O

A nice stroll in the fresh air will do you good. Also listening to music that you find relaxing. :mrgreen:

The issue is even if their is nothing happening in my life i still feel stressed.

I am feeling a bit more stressed at the moment becasue its my grandfarthers funeral on tuesday.

I often have to sit back and close my eyes and take several deep breaths, exhaling slowly, then just go on back to doing whatever is either already in front of me or next. Along with that, or even at the same time, I often find myself needing to remind myself all really has been well enough up to now and will likely be the same in the days ahead. Sometimes, however, I just go nap for an hour or two.

When I come home from work one of the first things I do is take my dog out back and lie flat down and watch the sky for a few minutes. I always, always feel better when I get up.
