My *special* interest has been AS along with the MBTI for the past few months, I've absorbed all I can as far as that goes, for right now. I used to just start reading whatever I could get my hands on when I felt this way but my eyes are going to hell and I can't read until I get new reading glasses.

So you guys decide. What is my new thing?

If you were to each get 25 cents, every time I said this, you would all be rich:

Music. 8)

You could pick out a movie director and obsess over their works. For example:

Stanley Kubrick - Directed a couple of classics including "A Clockwork Orange", "Full Metal Jacket" and "Dr. Strangelove"

David Lynch - Well known for his "mind screw" movies, including "Mulholland Drive" and "Eraserhead".

John Waters - Infamous for making trashy, sometimes outright disgusting movies, all of which take place in his hometown of Baltimore, Maryland. Some films of his include "Pink Flamingos", "Cry-Baby" and the original version of "Hairspray".

Tim Burton - A personal favorite of mine. His films have a very distinctive, cheerfully goth atmosphere to them and frequently include similar visual motifs, for example stripes, spirals, and pale-skinned characters with dark rings around the eyes. He is perhaps best known for "The Nightmare Before Christmas" (which he produced and not directed), "Beetlejuice" and "Edward Scissorhands".

Have mine if you want. :P
Seriously there is nobody I know who has the same obsessions as me, I want to talk about them all day without fear of annoying the other person.

Could I give you some pictures of my walls so you can obsess over the interior decorating of them?

Based on the 2 interests you mentioned in the OP, I would say you might be interested in some other aspect of psychology. I find B.F. Skinner's theory of Behaviorism interesting. His theory is that people's (and animals') behavior is determined by reward and punishment. He calls reward and punishment Positive Reinforcement and Negative Reinforcement. This begs the question of whether free will exists or if we are only governed by these influences.

Or, you might find some other aspect of psychology of interest.

What are the things that bring joy to your life. At least one of those things, can become your new obsession.
