For me it's:

- Black pudding. It's a local speciality where I live, but even most people round here are like, 'I'm not eating that; it's made of blood!' Their loss.
- Brussel sprouts. Delicious when cooked properly. I plan on eating them more often instead of just Christmas.
- Rabbit. Too cute for most British people to eat, but I don't care. If I'm eating meat, I can't be fussy about how cute the animal is.
- I like offal in sausages. The more the better. Sod that 95% pork meat stuff. When did people get to be so mardy about eating the whole animal?
- Same goes for liver and kidney. I've never had a heart (ba dum tish) but I would try one, though I don't know if I'd like the texture.
- Some people don't like spinach and I find them strange.
- I feel a bit sorry for people who don't like mushrooms.

But I don't like tripe however it's served. Marmite was gross from my childhood memories, but I might give it another try now that my tastebuds have matured.

British people don't eat snails and brains, but I probably would if I lived in France. Same with knowingly eating horse.

I've made a thread about people eating uncommon (in Anglo countries) animals, but not one about eating uncommon bits of animals or commonly considered disgusting veg. I like hearing about other people's eating habits when they're a bit adventurous or unusual. It's a strange interest of mine.

I like brussel sprouts, which is just as well as I've grown a large patch of them in my veg garden. :D
Also like liver and kidney. Never tried black pudding but that is just down to prejudice as I don't fancy it based on it being clotted blood.
My parents used to eat cows brains (boiled in a muslin bag). I could never face that either. Blech.
I love most forms of stinky cheese though.

I like tripe with salt and vinegar on. I've not had it since I was a kid though.

I've never eaten liver but I've often fancied it. I like kidney in a steak and kidney pie.

I can tolerate sprouts but I can't tolerate asparagus.

I've got two rows of asparagus growing in my veg garden. It will start pushing up new shoots in a few weeks time. They are the first new veg of the year. It is lovely picked fresh and simmered for a few minutes... it melts in the mouth and tastes similar to young fresh peas. It isn't so nice bought from a supermarket. It also isn't so nice unless it is cooked within minutes of picking as the sugars turn to starch after picking and it looses its natural sweetness.

Sushi! People glare with discuss when I enjoy a nice salmon washed of with caviar wrapped in a rise patty with seaweed. I just look back and think, "I don't care what you think, I'm enjoying this too much to even care."

I love pea butties.

When I was a kid I used to like licking the rough sandpaper part on the matchbox. I think it was the taste of the matches being struck.

I know that, that's not food, strictly speaking.

All of that sounds delicious.

The people who glare are all barbarians.

Or maybe we're barbarians for eating raw fish. If so, barbarians rock!
