I was just wondering about something....

Do any you believe in Magic? I know not all that many of you would but I was just wondering...

From, Gandalf to Harry Potter all the way to Negi Springfield Magic has always been a good topic for fiction, but I after seeing a few articles on the net I was wondering if just maybe if it may just work in real life....

More to the point do any of you know any love spells that work? As there's a girl I get on well with but she's with someone else, however I think that I'd be a far better match for her.

I thought that I'd have nothing to lose if I tried a few but as there's just so many of them about I want to find one that I can cast myself (as I recon that's it's better to do it myself and it's a lot cheeper!) THAT WORKS!! !! !! !! !

If you have any stories you can share then feel free to tell us them. And if anyone wants to help me with one then I'd be very happy for you to do so.

Goodbye Till Next Time.

Yeah, I've got a good spell for you. Wait until their relationship ends, then ask her out.

Ritual Magik is not the same thing as you see in movies or on TV.
-------------------------------------------------------------
It's spiritual, energetic and symbolic.
-------------------------------------------------------------
There is NO waving of a magic wand and POOF you're a toad.
-------------------------------------------------------------
Yes, Neo Pagans have magik wands and staffs which they use in certain ways in rituals among many other tools.
-------------------------------------------------------------
It's similar to holy communion or a baptism.
-------------------------------------------------------------
I have all kinds of "spells" which are like prayers but more symbolic, it's directing (positive or negative)conscious energy, it's a way of putting something out there for the "God(s)(esses) or Spirits That Be".
-------------------------------------------------------------
Who knows if prayers or magik spells work. Some times things we pray for or do a spell for happen the way we want them to and other times they don't.
-------------------------------------------------------------
We have yet to figured out a way to measure it or test it.
-------------------------------------------------------------
I hope that made sense.
-------------------------------------------------------------

While I applaud your taste in fiction (I happen to be a rabid HP fan as well as an equally fanatical Negima! fan, so having both of those mentioned in your post was pleasing), you must understand that it is just that, fiction. Magic as popularized in fiction as a whole does not exist in the real world. As for the kind of magic that does exist, it can be dodgy sometimes and personally I think you'd be better off trying to get a date via mundane means, even though it can be difficult for Aspies (But not impossible, just ask myself and Suiseiten.) Relying on the arcane isn't the best way to go.

I do not really want to get into this (and I am hoping you are really just kidding and I missed the joke), but I am bound by ethics to tell you that you are doing something that is considered unethical to many. Think about it, you want to change the internal workings of another human being because you think it is in her best interest. Do you think that is a nice thing to do to a person you like... impose your will into her whether she wants it or not? But hey, those are just my thoughts on it.

mix:
1 part lemongrass
2 parts birdshit
5 parts vodka
& 3 parts gold shavings (preferrably from a wedding ring pilfered from the grave of the recently deceased  )

pour all into an antiquey-looking bottle and allow to fester for 13 days :thumleft:

last step, and this is the most crucial... break into their house and replace the shampoo in their shampoo bottle with said mixture. Place your hand over the shampoo bottle and chant your own name 3 times. If you personally don't feel that is enough, write your name legibly somewhere on the bottle in permanent marker; more effective with last name included  .

I heard using witchcraft and spells always comes back to bite you on the rear, like in a "be careful what you wish for" kinda way.

I am a Wiccan. While there is such Magik for love and such things, you should know the Wiccan Rede before doing something that would affect someone agaisnt their will.

"Do what ye will, and ye shall harm none"

Basically it says you are free to do as you please so long as you don't hurt anyone or force them into something against their will. This includes the uses of energies and such.

To add on to that, like Taupey said, there is no poof or anything like that. As he said, it's more spiritual than that.

As a Christian, I highly discourage you from dabbling in magic. It will put your soul in jeopardy.

This is only my opinion. I do not mean to insult anyone. I believe that "magic" is self contradictory. Anything which circumvents the laws of physics (true reality) can not exist. I was raised in a religion which taught this sort of nonsense (Christian Science) and now I believe that anything supernatural is by definition impossible. That is not to say that everything there is to know has been discovered, but "magic" would have to follow the laws of physics to work, which I would say would not be magic.

Haha. No worries. I'm sure you didn't offend anyone. At least no me. The Magik I refer to is the manipulation of the energy around you and life force. Wiccans arn't some crazy people that think they can fly and crap like that.
