Adult Males: Can I Interest You in Filling an Odd Request?

Thanks for stopping by guys, hopefully some of you will be curious enough to at least check to see what this is about.

Ever wonder/think deeply about something, for a long time? As in years, but never have even the slightest idea how to figure out how to get some sort of answers? Until one day, out of no where, there is this 'thing' looking you right in the eyes. almost taunting you it seems. Your initial response is a strong sounding, "nooo, that can't be right, it can't be that simple." But, over the next couple days, there it is again, looking at you so closely, intently, you feel like your body is being possessed by it.

About two weeks ago something like that happened to me and I started to wonder if there was any research or statistics on a certain subject involving adult human males. From the moment I was able to start looking into it, I have hardly stopped to sleep. I can usually find a good cross section of research/studies, except for this subject there seems to be nothing. Can you imagine my disappointment of not being able to find something your brain says you need? I had thought that the scientific community, or some odd person would have something/anything slightly connected to this. But nope

So I started to wonder how I could gather some statistics on this. It is not like I can just walk up to random males and hand them a piece of paper with questions on it and ask them to fill it out. Well, I could, but chances of them giving slightly incorrect answers may increase, I think anyway, if the male answers while around others.

Because of the questions (less then 12) and I would like a large cross section of males to response, to have gone to a couple other places. I have set-up a way to gather the info and calculate the results for me. I will not mention the questions in here for many reasons, but mostly because I don't want the answers getting mucked up. Sorry for the inconvenience, but want as close as I can get, truthful answers.

oh there is no doubts about what I had, pretty certain I said 'Oh God' or 'OHH MY GOD' when it first occurred.. hmm yup.. at least once, repeatedly, for hours, over the course of days. I tend to be very vocal when I realise something. Especially when it seems so pure and simple.

Out of curiosity, how many definitions of 'epiphany' do you know?

Considering I have not said what this is, or what this is about, it would be difficult for you to know what this is about. Except that it involves adult males and it can be any males, so that includes NTs as well as Aspie males. As for it being males only, you will see soon. Can't really describe it.

That is up to you, I cannot force any of you to respond.




As I said, I can't really describe it and truthfully, this is more open then I would prefer to get guys to do this for me. So, try to be patient, please. Don't worry Moog, it is nothing to odd.

Actually, I don't think that is true, some are just naturally curious.

Nope, nothing even close to that. So just get your mind out of the gutter.
lol.. you keep trying to go gutter and you may end up making it be moved there. But, no it is not an adult forum post, as you can clearly see by no adult content. Except I asked for Adult males, which could be for a number of reasons; such as, adult males size of the metacarpals or clavicle or coccyx length. Or their opinion on some touchy subjects.

I am not going to ask the questions outright, as nobody needs to know the responses but me. Plus, individuals are more likely to voice their opinions and answer truer to their actual beliefs/ways when anonymity is respected.

I have a bunch of assignments I am working on and I kind of damaged my one arm/hand a while back and recently saw a doc about it - so one hand typing is also slowing me down.

It depends what your after, but really the main diffence is that woman 'know' themselves better. [in a way].
What I mean is woman have more pain receptors, pain and emotions are handled by the same nerves, woman 'experiance' emotions as feelings more than men do.
So men don't know that they are being emotional sometimes when women do.
