What could this medical issue be?
At times I get "shocks" in my chest. Not the breast area though towards the right inward side (toward the middle of the chest) then it magically goes away. I've brought these "shocks" up to the doctor and mention a heart issue she said I'm healthy and it's not a concern. BTW this happening is very rare. I did have chest pain a few months after dinner but an antacid helped it so it must have been heart burn from the bad food. Should I bring this issue up YET again? Today I had a shock RIGHT in the middle of the chest as I was bending up buttoning my jeans. I do have Ashtma so I question could this be a lung issue perhaps breathing related but I'm not a doctor. I hate she dismisses these "shocks" becuase as I've seen on HOUSE time and time again that little symptom you think is nothing OMG puts you on YOUR DEATH BED! (In last nights episode cold symptoms from a year ago. Nothing the girl thought her diasabled wheelchair brother is worse off than her) Heart issue/Kidneys/New lung almost DIED! (She got half a lung from her brother problem solved) but to think "cold symptoms" could be THAT! WOW!
[Putting on doctor hat]
Time for a quick reality check: House does not represent the day to day reality of medical practice. The types of cases represented are the kind of thing that some physicians will never see in their entire professional lives.
Now, as for your symptoms, you did the right thing by raising them with your doctor. I don't have the advantage of knowing your medical history, but assuming that there is nothing significant in there, I don't think that her finding is unreasonable.
Typically, transient symptoms that abate of their own accord don't merit medical intervention unless there is some other cofactor. If the symptoms become more frequent, if they change in their intensity then perhaps there is grounds for further investigation.
If this is a matter of significant concern, then I suggest that you keep a log of these episodes. Take notes of when then occur, and whatever environmental circumstances might be relevant (diet, time of day, activities, stress, etc.) If a pattern starts to emerge, then maybe there's room for another discussion.

Are the shocks usually noticable when you move around?
It could be a simple pinched nerve in your back - they call it referred pain, which means that the problem is nowhere near the actual site of pain. If it isn't your heart (and I assume the doc checked that) then it's most likely just a pinched nerve somewhere. I have a few myself, though my pains are not specifically where you state yours is.
