how else here likes thunderstorms or calms them down.



because with me that calm me down. Sensory wise it is one of the few things that don't over load like my hearing because it is deep and not high pitched.

Electrical storms are one of the most wonderous displays of Nature's power.
They don't calm me so much as focus me. I find them very exciting weather events that absorb my complete attention.
Blizzards are beautiful but they seem to always hit when I'm out snowshoeing, hiking or skidooing, so I can't fully appreciate them while navigating to safety.
Lightning over a stormy ocean is sublime

I enjoy thunderstorms very much. I was able to get a new start on a story I am writing during a severe thunderstorm this past summer---very cozy and calming.

I love them. They make me very sleepy.

I love them, especially at night.
During the day, I get excited when one approaches because the darkening sky is so dramatic!

I love thunderstorms! The best time to have them, is late at night.
