There are already threads about rating others' avatars and signatures but we seem to have forgotten about usernames 
Do you like a name of user above you? Maybe you have some nice association concerning it or you find it stupid and pretentious. 1 to 10: "1" - a nickname you don't have any special liking for, "10" -a name you find really cool
