Is anyone else's mouth easily inflamated while eating?

Like a patch next to the lips gets red, as if a pimple is forming. Usually if I leave it alone it will settle down and go away in a half hour or maybe longer. If I pick at it though it will get bigger.

Yes I have that as well but this is more redness around the lips instead of in the mouth or on the lips. It happens primarily with spicy food.
