I find that Swimming is great for the body and also football
Hobby wise I do slot racing which is all to do with putting together a model car and then racing it with a controller (hand eye co-ordination) round a huge track, its also a very sociable thing to get into.

I'm not into sports, although I do enjoy jogging, walking, and swimming. My main mode of exercise comes from walking all the time.

My longest-running hobby is collecting movies.

I enjoy American football, swimming and running. American football because it requires quick split second decisions and reads and swimming and running because its about endurance not necessarily how strong you are are athletic.

I love collecting movies too. I can never get enough.

I also love drawing and writing, though I don't indulge in them nearly as often as I should.

I remember, as a kid, I had much more interest in visiting movie stores than visiting toy stores.

I used to own a large collection of Disney movies on VHS that I had acquired throughout my childhood years, but my dad decided to be an ass a couple years ago and give them all away to Half-Price Books. :x

I've been considering re-buying Disney movies on VHS, mainly for nostalgia purposes, although newly-bought VHS tapes won't have the same nostalgic value as the ones I used to own.

I used to really enjoy drawing and writing, too. I don't do that much anymore, even though I continue to have a strong penchant for grammar and writing. I've been thinking that I should try to take up writing again.

I HATE sports but they were a couple things I liked in PE. Walking track & lifting weights but I was one of the worst in my class. I don't think team sports or things with balls would be good for most autistics. I think walking would be a lot safer.

As for as hobbies; lots would probably say stuff like computer but I'm not good at it thou I do spend a lot of time on mine. I see how it can be a good hobby for most thou. I think Leggos might could be good for some; I loved em when I was a kid.

I played hockey and was really good at it, but was too small to ever be accepted on any teams so I stopped playing after high school as its, well pointless. I used to play things like warhammer but I have gotten so sick of it, I also feel very distant from the doll group and find no enjoyment there anymore

Besides heavy drinking, I think music is a great hobby for aspies (nonaspies too).

I enjoy trying to play guitar most of the time, but when I get frustrated I can always pull out my guitbass and bang out a few songs to pacify myself.

It's a lot of fun. :D

Reptile keeping is a good hobby for aspies. There are a lot of NTs in the hobby who are really into it, so there are expos, magazines, and websites about it. Of course, Having this hobby as an autistic special interest is still different than NTs being obsessive about it though...but you can sometimes meet people who share the interest. I've met lots of nice people at the reptile expo I go to twice a year. Some of them remember me and say hi and ask how my animals are.
