What seat do you prefer on an airplane?

I prefer the window seat because you get to look out and you can rest your head against the window. My least favourite seat is the aisle seat because I don't the food cart bumping me, I don't like having to let people out and I have OCD and feel "unbalanced" if I am not sitting between 2 people, or not sitting between a person and a wall.

What about you and why?

On short flights, I pick the window seat everytime because I know I won't have to get up.

On longer flights (3 hours or longer), I prefer aisle because I know I will be getting up often and I don't want to have to keep bothering the person next to me.

I will only sit in the middle if I'm traveling with family on either side.

It's gotta be a window seat.

I prefer the aisle seat , because I have more of a chance of making it to the bathroom on time.

I think anyone who has a window seat and doesn't look out of it deserves to be shot.

I flew over the himalayas last year as the sun rose, but didn't get to see it, while the idiots with window seats had the blind down and were trying to get some sleep!

I don't like traveling very much as it causes me anxiety. Even leaving my city to go on local trips is something I am trying to get better at. But the couple times I've been on a plane I chose the window seat. I like to see what's out there. I do think it's a cool view. Plus, I get to see where the ground is.

Planes make me nervous but I do like the takes offs too.

Actually, I think worst part of the whole thing is airports themselves.

Why the pilot's seat of course. The window is bigger than the passengers' windows, and I can make the plane do barrel rolls.

I'd sit on the wing if they'd let me, just to get away from all the people. Of course, there are several practical problems with that....

Flying gets me a bit nervous, so I usually stick towards the aisle. You get slightly more room to stretch out there too, which is good for me being nearly 6' tall.
