Has anyone ever been SO lonely that you called up a suicide hotline just to talk to somebody...anybody!? I did that twice when I was in my early twenties. I almost did it again a couple of days ago. Back then, I assured them that I wasn't going to committ suicide and that I just needed to talk.

No, but it is probably a good idea if you think about it. Suicide is hard for me to fathom, but I know I have had times when I have been so lonely that I could have just screamed. They really should have some form of communication network associated with a site like this where you can just call someone to hear a fellow friendly voice when it is needed.

Or perhaps the world's most awkward Ventrilo chat?

I called a psychic hotline as a kid about 12, just out of curosity. I was grounded for 2 months for a 200 phone bill....ooops
