Do you have a good saying that could help the person above you in anyway, Or maybe some wise crack that will at least make them laugh it's all for the Lols :P

Don't take this the wrong way, Vigilans, but judging by your avatar you could use a little colour in your cheeks. How about you take a holiday at a health resort? Getting some sun wouldn't hurt.
