Had A Strange Thing Happen Yesterday.

Went for a drive which ended up being a few hours out so we had a Mc Donalds. We don't have a Mc Donalds in the area where we live so is a treat.
Due to Mum and I not liking crowds, I drove with my Mum out into the countryside to a little area where a car can pull in just after a bridge. Car was not in the way. The pull in area which was mud had no field entrance so we were not blocking anything and we would not want to park outside anyones house so it seemed ideal.
While we were eating our meal on the side of this country road, a lady in a little black Ford Fiesta slowed right down and just as she passed it looked like she reached over and threw something out the window but I wasn't paying attention as my attention went onto the car and what she was doing, as she decided to turn round, and so she pulled over to the opposite side of the narrow road, and reversed in front of my car to turn round. There was hardly any room to do it in front of my car which is what caught my attention.
She then drove off in the opposite direction and I thought nothing of it. Not many cars go on that road as it is narrow, though it is a handy shortcut for some. About three cars passed a minute or two later, and a van behind them who came close as a car came the other way but there was room for them to pass just before the little narrow bridge behind.
Then the lady came back and seemed to be filming us with her phone which I thought was odd, but I ignored her and they went up a slight hill, and as the daylight was fading, they had their car lights on, and they reversed into a house driveway just up the hill which is why I saw where the csr went due to the lights on the car which were visible through the hedge. The house was somewhat out of view or we would not have parked there as we like quiet places away from people to eat our food.
But then when we had had our food I put the seat back up to the upright driving position and I noticed loads of chips (Chip shop type chips... Not the skinny McDonalds fries we had with our meal) on the road next to my car.

Why would she throw loads of chips by my car (What a waste!), turn round, then drive out of view, turn back and film us? I really don't get what she were up to! It is all so strange!
