My favourite right now is salami. I've gone off just eating chorizo on its own.

As for British sausages, I prefer Lincolnshire with a cooked breakfast, but I prefer to make sandwiches and casseroles out of Cumberland.

I also like black pudding, although most people are grossed out by the made-out-of-blood thing.

This is the wurst thread ever made! *groans*

I'm hungry now. I had a thing for bratwurst and spaetzle this winter, but I'm over it now.

I don't know, but I used to love pepperoni pizza. Goes back to gnawing on carrot sticks.

I'll go for black pudding, I think. The very best of Britain and Ireland all in one glutinous glob. And black pudding originated in dear old Lancashire too. :)

I had to vote 'Other' because the Scottish square slice ("Lorne") sausage hasn't been specified on the list.
I like most other sausages as well.

The best black pudding in the world comes from Bury. I've had Manchester sausages too, which taste like Cumberlands with the all the pepper, but are the size and texture of Lincolnshires. I've had Cumberland sausage from Cumbria. They are epic sausages.

I think British sausages and beers are very underrated. I understand those two things don't make up a whole cuisine, but we do them just as well as the Germans do.

I find it hard to imagine eating sausages with noodles! Though if it's a favourite in Germany, it must taste good.

I used to like snacking on bratwurst. They are very addictive.

Ah, I was so tempted to vote for "Other kind of sausage" but personally I think Cumberland is the only sausage worth talking about
