So as some of you may already know ill be starting a religious sojourn here shortly. I'm leaving For Ecuador, speifically the south part, some time this september. Out of curiosity, is anyone from/ been to/ currently residing there who can tell me what it's like?

P.S. As this isn't PPR i'd prefer this not get PPRish

^^ I wish you a very lovely time, Idiotchief. However I am very sorry as I believe that I have not visited Ecuador within the past.

Do you want to tell what are you going to do in Ecuador?

One thing that you won't have to worry about is changing money - Ecuador uses the USA Dollar as their local scrip. One thing that you will note there is that $1 banknotes, along with 1¢ coins, are scarce there and that the locals prefer using 'Sacagawea' $1 coins. Ecuador also issues their own designed coins (same sizes as their USA equals), but all USA coins from 5¢ on up are also common..

My guess is that since he says by his avatar that he's from Utah (USA) and that he is in his late teens, he is likely a Mormon and is about to perform his required missionary work.
