'Old boy' , They say it's another term for 'old man'.

Not if you live in Kempston,

'old boy' is 'big brother'.

Any guesses on 'young old boy'?

Dictionary.com doesn't list a lot of country slang and its meanings. If you want that, go to urban dictionary.

From the Deep South:

Ol’man – father, husband, or boyfriend
Ol’ lady – wife or girlfriend
Good ol’ boy (or gal) – nice person from the South
Grits – Ground corn meal boiled and served as a breakfast food or side dish.
GRITS – Girls Raised In The South

I'm guessin' young old boy is a younger brother.

Yeah, that sounds about right.

Around the area where I live 'ole boy' could mean any male that you are acquainted with and are fond of.

Grits isn't a slang word.

I've never even heard anyone say 'Grits' except the stuff at the bottom of the pan.
