This is inspired by CR's thread.

Since I have the tendency to shrink because I am breastfeeding, this is my food plan to keep my weight on and keep it above 120:

I have fat products, no fat free stuff.

I have a whole thing of smoothies I make, when I make them in a blender, drink it all up.

I have more than one sweet when we have some, I go for seconds

For breakfast I have a bowl of cereal and I might have it along with a banana.

I drink juice more often when it's made

I try and eat like a pig when we go to all you can eat places or go to one of my autism groups but I always get full before I can eat like a pig. Maybe someday I will be able too when my stomach gets bigger.

I do not eat every four hours, I eat when I feel like it and eat when I am bored.

I also have snacks now between meals.

Ideas are welcome.

I would start by eating more calorie dense foods in smaller portions more often. So for breakfast, having some sourdough with a nut spread, avo and ricotta or melted cheese. Morning tea could be a slice of dense rich fruit cake. Lunch could be a pasta meal with legumes or eggs and a creamy sauce like alfredo or carbonara. Afternoon tea could be some trail mix. or a peanut butter sandwich. Dinner could be anything but serve with either potatoes, rice or pasta. Desert or supper could be a hot full fat milk with a banana on the side.

Nuts are very calorie dense and great for you. so are seeds.

I find carbs are good for gaining weight

If I eat nutrient dense foods, then I tend to satiate my hunger with less food, and therefore eat less.

I advise you to eat potato chips.
