I haven't done anything spectacular like bungee
jumping, just a few things that nevertheless added to the reservoir of experiences.

I drove a car that was being towed.
Was featured in my company's magazine.
Ate in a Japanese restaurant, thus using
chopsticks for the first time.

Maybe you've had a new experience without
realising it !

I've just seen my grandad die as they took him off life support. He was very peaceful though. Bye, pal.

I've been a bit accident prone, which is unusual for me. I was cutting up some meat when the knife slipped and I slashed my forefinger, then I accidentally splashed some cleaning fluid in my eye!

hope it's over now

Other new experiences: went for my first summer swim in this state a couple of days ago, took the dogs which was also their first proper swim (they only get their feet wet usually). I carried them out to where the water was about chest high then held them under their chests, so they could dog paddle. fun.

I found a new, better way to make YouTube videos, but that's not really saying too much. Especially since I haven't done anything else new lately!

last exciting thing I did was seeing Genesis back in September
originally I thought I wouldn't get to see them-it was the best concert I ever saw :)
I'd have gone with a different set list personally
ex;
intro-Behind the Lines/Eleventh Earl of Mar
Turn it On Again
Just a Job to Do
Trick of the Tail
Land of Confusion
No Reply at All
Never a Time
The Brazilian/In that Quiet Earth
Fallow You Fallow Me
Mama
Ripples
Los Endos/I Know What I Like (In Your Wardrobe)
Jesus He Knows Me
Domino
Illegal Alien
Drum Solo
Invisible Touch
-------
Carpet Crawlers
I Can't Dance
The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway

thats my thing but it was great none the less

I've started to seriously look for a relationship for the first time in my life (I'm 36), by using Internet dating sites.

And I've taken the active step of handling more everyday situations assertively, instead of reacting passively.

These were two of my New Year's resolutions.

My walking club walked to the park, where the big duck pond is. We saw a Bald Eagles' nest. An eagle flew onto a post and stayed there, as my group walked past the post. The eagle was watching us.

I woke up and found out that my dad left for work early and I had to reschedule my appointment.

My roommate broke into my room at school and downloaded porn. Thankfully, my dad is an IT tech, and he got it straightened out. And we talked to the RA about it.

A few successful social interactions with my soon-to-be brother in law and his fiance. Something I thought I'd never be able to handle. OH I also learned to play Poker. OOH and I drank 7&7 (Seagrams 7 Crown Whiskey and 7-Up) for the first time on New Years and decided it was my drink.

Is the school that strict about porn or is it against your religious/personal beliefs?

As for me, I started posting on WP. Other than that, it's mostly procrastinating as usual. Hmm... actually, I guess WP is fast becoming my new favored method of procrastination

The school doesn't have rules regarding porn itself, despite being in a city that is very conservative. But it's the breaking into my room that could get my roommate in trouble.

I don't watch porn online, on TV, or on magazines, because a future partner is going to want to know my relationship history, and that would be a blemish on that record.
