Are some frozen meals good to eat, I mean at little healthy?

Actually, yes. Grilled chicken skewers from Costco are really great. It's not possible to screw up grilled chicken.

There are others too.

Most of the frozen diet meals seem to be harmless, being lower on fat and salt than regular frozen meals.

Healthy Choice and Lean Cuisine are two brands that I think are in general more healthy than the typical frozen meals.
