My aikido instructor was reading a passage out of a book to us and it's beauty moved me to a kind of joyful tearyness.

I most recently cried about six months ago during a really bad panic attack. I have the hardest time outwardly crying... I think I cry on the inside more frequently though .

A couple of weeks ago. My brother was bullying me and I was emotionally unstable because I hadn't taken my medication that day.

I cried once last year that I can recall. I think it was around June. I am another one who doesn't cry very much/finds it difficult to cry.
