I am 21 and my brother is 19. We both live with our parent in a big house where we have 3 restrooms.

quite often i urniate in our garden when i cannot be bothered to go inside to the restrooms but that is the only place i urniate.

so far my brother has urinated out of his bedroom window, in the back garden, on the front driveway,on the garage, in the sink nand on the carpet (only when he was drunk did he pee on the carpet) and also on the wall outside our house . i have did cach by mistake one of my brothers friends urniating in our back yard a few weeks ago.

do a lot of young people do this? is this normal or not? our parents are not aware of this.

I can barely pee in a public restroom

I pee outside all the time

I can't pee outside, no matter how bad I have to go. Too open. I feel too vulnerable.

if we keep doing it might i or my brother get into trouble?

Haha, that reminds me of some bathroom stories.....if you'll let me share

Our family went camping with my cousins family for spring break this year:

*Our family consists of my Mom+Dad, twin 13 year-old sisters (a brother who is away) and me.
*Their family consists of my Uncle+Aunt, 9 year-old boy, 7 year-old girl, 4 year-old girl, and 2 year-old girl.
Our family hadn't gone camping since daddy-daughter (and that's a stretch to call it camping).
Theirs family went a few months ago.

So, it'd be fair to say, they were used to that sort of activity.
We (my sisters) were NOT ready for that, but they acted as if they were.

Welllllll, we got there, and set up everything, and suddenly sis 1 starts freaking out because our cousins start talking about where they'd go to the bathroom.

I guess it didn't register until nighttime and she NEEDED to go.

So, as she was dying of needing to pee, she finally relented and went in a "bathroom" made out of stones and a hole in the ground. Both families (excluding me and the 2 younger cousins) spent the rest of the night making fun of her about her problem going to the bathroom.

In contrast, I remember one time I was on an activity for church, a mini exodus (my brother and I actually, he's only 2 years older than me).
I had to go REALLY bad, and we were out in the desert.
So, I just went behind a tree while everyone kept on walking, and had to run to catch back up to my group.

Meanwhile, my brother needed to go 10 minutes later.
He was in one of the front groups.
There were around 200 youth there, and everyone stopped so he could go pee behind a tree.

Anyways, my point is that everyone has their peeing tolerances at different levels, but you shouldn't put other people out (meaning don't stop and exodus) with it, but don't make fun of others for it.

During my teenage years I actually picked a spot in my parent's back yard as my place to pee. There were a couple of tall weeds there and I would pee on them. I'm not sure if it was an experiment or an OCDish thing. After a couple of months the weeds and the grass where I was peeing started to noticeably die. Who needs weed killer?
