I started visiting this site some days ago and I'm really liking it, it's like a Facebook for geeks, but not quite, it's really unique. Instead of having a friend system it revolves around unlimited channels. You can post text, links, images, videos, music, others can comments and vote for your post. Recent most voted posts go to the top. I discovered it's really a good way to meet other people with similar interest and engage with them. I thought people in this board will really appreciate it so I thought I should share it.

Try going to www.gsick.com it should work.

You need to register, but it only asks you for a username and a password.

I must say the site is quite geeky and minimalist and it doesn't explain anything to the user. You have to post some stuff to get the hang of it.

To post images or videos you only have to paste the url, they are autodetected just like Facebook does.
