The people that inspire me are Anne Frank and John Lilburne because of their acts of bravery.

Who inspires you?

Mick Avory inspires me, because we have had similar experiences growing up though 30 years apart. We're also alike in body, mind and spirit. :)

Recently, I've been trying find out if there had been any good people in the world throughout history. One with no blemish whatsoever. There are lists, of course, in the Internet of such persons, and they are good candidates. But always something is missing. This something is difficult to define. So far I have found one good person who lived the way he preached. And he didn't actually preach with words, he did it with his whole life. He was Baruch Spinoza.

I'm not inspired by others. I'm soo unique that the good deeds others do or the struggles they face & overcome don't motivate me because I'm dealing with my own stuff that is different. People can motivate me thou by being their for me but they don't inspire me

FDR, for being a smart man, a brilliant leader, and, despite revisionist nonsense, being responsible for the single longest period of sustained growth in our history.

Arthur Wellesley, for being a genius, for having awesome sideburns, and for being an Irishman elected prime minister of England. Plus, he's wonderfully snarky on Sharpe.

Rudyard Kipling for having a beautiful imagination. Rikki Tikki Tavi alone would have inspired me to stick him up here, but the Jungle Book, Kim, The White Seal... On top of that, the poem If... is pretty much my go-to for an injection of wisdom.

Quite a few people I know well. Some of them have distanced themselves from me, I think without realizing how much I still admire them. I take bits and pieces of people and combine their attributes into an idealized conception of myself that I then strive toward. Some of these people are NT and some of them are on the spectrum.

Tim Burton because of his movies and artwork.

Johnny Depp because of his acting skills.

Helena Bonham Carter because of her acting skills and fashion sense.
