Why should I brush my teeth?

It keeps your teeth from rotting and falling out. It also helps avoids cavities, well I should say reduce them from coming because you can still get cavities even though you brush your teeth. Just make sure you floss your teeth everyday.

Your teeth will look gross also, and your breath will stink if you don't brush your teeth.

dentures are much easier to take care of...it just seems practical to let your teeth rot and fall out(or get them pulled) and then get some nice new choppers. No brushing required! just drop them in a cup at the end of the day

Some people never get cavities, even though they never brush their teeth. Of course, the teeth look gross and the breath would probably be awful.

To loosen the bark so the tree will grow faster. Come along, Linus.

Oops! Wrong thread!

You absolutely gotta brush your teeth. If you don't, you'll end up not having any teeth.

BS. My great grandmother never brushed her teeth and she had at least 3 or 4 left when she died. 8)

You've obviously never had toothache! Take it from me, you don't want it (I've just had a tooth out after several years of pain which really got me down) and the way to avoid it is to brush your teeth regularly. It can be boring, I know. I recently bought an electric toothbrush, which I find makes my whole mouth feel fantastic! i realise the vibrations can be too intense for some Aspies but personally I love it!

I have very few cavities, but, alas, I grind my teeth in my sleep. Have had pulpititus in two posterior molars, one in the upper and one in the lower jaw. The first one had to be pulled out, the second has got a root filling (why do you call it root canals? The root canals are already in the tooth :? ), and that did hurt a lot. A lot! :(

I brushed teeth today and then ate. Now tomorrow I gotta do the same thing. But I also have to clean the dishes after I eat. I so don't like doing that! I would prefer to install Linux (which I deleted some time ago because gentoo refused to boot).
