I don't have bad hygiene, but I just seem unable to not smell. I use deodorant, change clothes and take a shower every day but I smell of sweat really quickly. It often makes me feel awkward and insecure, can someone provide me with advice?

Buy clinical strength deodorant, use body spray and change your clothes frequently

Where can you get those things? In any supermarket?

go for anti perspiration deodorants if they dont irritate your skin,

See an endocrineologist...
I initially thought this was about smelling as in excessively smelling things like your food before eating.

I think smelling is a part of being human.

At first I missed the comma and thought your topic said, "I always smell advice."

If you always stink - see a doctor because something is out of balance. It's often diet which is why people who eat a lot of curry smell of it coming from their pores (not an insult, just a fact of life... curry is only an example.)

A fan at your desk may help too - the faster sweat evaporates, the less smell there'll be!

You may already do this but I'll suggest it if you don't; shave your arm-pits & hair down there. I started shaving my pits & crotch in high-school because they got really itchy when we ran track; my area is usually hot & humid & it helped with the sweating & smell

I sweat easily as well, especially in the summer. I've found out some tricks though. Constantly carry deodorant in your purse and body spray or perfume. Chew mint gum as well. Carry bottled water with you and if you start to sweat drink water, it helps and the cooler the better. Try to dress in lighter clothes suitable for the heat.
