how many of us are athletic? or exercise? i take alot of walks through dark terrian, but i don't really get a complete workout. im trying to start jogging but the idea is really turning me off at this point, also ive been reading on the internet that its really addicting once you get into a habbit of it, and it makes you super horny. is this true?

I exercise every day, and usually a full workout.

I exercise frequently, and if your arms are that skinny, then I think you should a whole lot more and do a lot of push ups.

When I jog IT IS super addictive--but is terribly hard to start.

Here's how I started when I started.

There was a convienent track located behind work Step 1: get to track.
I had a walkman Step 2: bring/remember walkman batteries headphones
I thought..hmm if I can just jog once around-or walk Step 3: walk once around
Drink a pint or two of water Step 4: pre-hydration
Next thing I know I am jogging 6 miles (or for me 2 hours) cause I just couldn't stop.

But, getting to the track.. not easy

I agree pushups are the way to get into top notch shape fast.

Dont know about 'horny'
As a girl-yes, becasue all our parts are muscle that come into contact with each other
and the strengthing of the nerve endings--yada yada

As a boy--I guess the same? I dunno.

For me, it's 20 minutes on my stationary bike, 25 sit-ups, and 25 reps with 15-lb weights

It's typically a 10-20 minute walk from a parking space to my job, then I walk another 10-20 minutes at lunch. I'll stretch that out to 30-40 when the weather turns cooler, and I take the stairs every chance I get, which is several times a day.

Jogging won't build up your arms. You have to do push-ups or lift weights for stronger arm muscles.

what if you move your arms while you jog, won't that do anything? don't you think it would look silly if you kept your arms at your side trying to run?

lol! *giggles*

I don't think it is an 'in the moment' sensation.

I think it refers to raising ones sexuality in general over time through body development.

real runners will pump their arms. I don't as it deflates my energy reserve, sometimes is painful as on the heart/lungs/ect..

I work against angina vein constriction-I don't play at pretending I'm a healthy teen.

Now if your sprinting however--which will supercharge your bulk thigh muscles--arm pumping is a neccessity for speed. Since that is only 15 seconds or so of a burst it doesn't hurt me.

Keeping things constant.

Interesting note. By jogging very slowly, but not stopping, an hour to a couple hours per day, I lost 25 lbs in 2 weeks and about 40 blood pressure points.

Only problem is not being able to walk very well the next day.

But I lost almost no weight while jogging on my tony little gazelle for the same periods of time.

I do not go to a gym but I do get by I walk an average of 10,000 steps a day. I borrowed someone's pedometer last week and walked 21,000 steps on one day.
I can also do one armed push ups, about 20 for each arm. I am not sure if this is a good idea at my age. I am 53.
