Morning and night. I eat a lot of sweets (candy) so I have to clean them regularly. Up close my teeth are really crooked (even though a wore braces then a retainer for years) but they appear very nice in photos

I do it everyday, sometimes twice.

I mostly do it for the freshness, I moreso don't really care about hygeine

I brush when I first wake up to get the nasty taste out my mouth & I brush when I'm going to bed. I only had one cavity in my life so far

Varies...I can go a week or two with once a day before I got to bed...but then I'll ruin it by falling asleep. It really is erratic.

I love how white my teeth are and I go nuts when it's really not. so it's twice or more if anything.
