From what I know about it, which isn't very much, it involves listening to a certain type of music on an iPod or similar device allegedly designed to have effects which can facilitate an artificial high. I've heard some people say it works for them, and others who get nothing. Maybe it's a psychological thing that has to do with your mindset, and whether you really want it to work for you or not.

Based on my experiences with it: i-Doser is crap and doesn't even work. Don't even bother. They are supposed to emulate "highs" by using sound to change your brain waves. The only thing they did to me was make me sleepy. If you must try, try to get a free MP3. Don't bother buying because its an absolute rip off. Unless you're pretty damn high in the first place, I doubt they will have any effect on you. The only time it had an effect on me, it send me into fully blown sleep paralysis. And you don't want that, its not nice.

Yeah... I have sleep paralysis naturally. The only way I can get out if I wake myself up, which is very disorienting, or if I go into a lucid dream, which can be hard to do, but worth the effort.

NO WAY! I had always thought about that!! !

For reals though, I had a hypothesis that the feeling after spinning would be like being drunk since you can't walk in a straight line. But since I never had been drunk before, I couldn't test my hypothesis!! !!
