I fear that the volume of replies to my threads is threatening to overload the server. I really must cut back ...

Then maybe you should "Return to Sender"?

I'm not a fan of Elvis, but I always liked that song, because it's very catchy.

I'm not a big Elvis fan, but there are a few of his songs I like...

Burning Love
Heartbreak Hotel
CC Rider
Devil in Disguise
A Little Less Conversation
Little Sister

Of these, I'd have to say it's probably a toss up between Burning Love and A Little Less Conversation that would be my favorite.

Yeah, 50's Elvis all the way. Any of the early stuff.

I visited Sun Studios in Memphis, TN. It's still a working studio at night, but they do tours of the place during the day. In the studio they have an X marked on the floor where Elvis stood when he recorded "That's Alright Mama" as well as the original microphone he sang into. Very awe-inspiring. Sidenote: There's a piano in the room that bears the mark of Jerry Lee Lewis putting out his cigarette on one of the keys.

I also visited Graceland...all I can say is... 8O

The King and I share the same birthday.
I always like hearing Elvis songs playing on the radio all day on my birthday.

Not the biggest Elvis fan, but I think my favorite is probably Suspicious Minds.

Return to Sender always gets me down... I rather like Jailhouse Rock.
But then, I like Elvis in general. I've seen a couple of his movies, too, and they're good fun :)

For me its a three way tie between one of his fifties rockers, and two of his later day ballads.

My three favs are Jailhouse Rock, American Trilogy, and The Cold Kentucky Rain.

I'm a big fan of old, fat Elvis. Suspicious Minds is my favorite song. I highly recommend a trip to Vegas for any die hard fans out there. There's nothing quite as surreal as seeing an Elvis playing blackjack, another one over at the lounge, and yet another one waiting for an elevator. I actually got married by an Elvis impersonator - good times! :D

I beg of You
Money Honey
All Shook Up
Heartbreak Hotel
Don't Be Cruel
Hound Dog
Blue Suede Shoes

Amen to that. Nice avatar btw, animal crossing has got to be the greatest game since the 3D video game era began.
