I gave somebody the cold shoulder until they flipped out and yelled at me. I felt just fine. In fact, now I don't hate them anymore.

I got a coworker fired for being rude and pushy. I feel just dandy.

Some guy one time was trying to belittle me and I made a remark that embarrassed the hell out of him. Everyone looked over to see his reaction, because they knew it had to hurt. It felt wonderful.

I can't let it go. It feels terrible inside me. Revenge feels great, and the world seems like a brighter, happier place afterwards. What's wrong with revenge?

I've heard it's sweet as well. is revenge ice cream?

Anyway, I like Ice cream, and revenge as well. I don't see anything wrong with it.

Part of it's message is that if you wait awhile, you'll probably forget about it. The other message is that if you do it, it's best to let the other person forget about it. Then they will be surprised. But the only revenge I would advocate is some silly prank, like filling their car with styrofoam peanuts or something.

A good prank to even the score would be the best revenge available. I can't imagine doing anything more drastic than that.

I agree that revenge often feels very satisfying..

However one problem with it is that you lose the moral high ground. You no longer have the right to complain about how the other person treated you if you behaved just as badly, since most people don't regard "He started it" as a valid defense...

Well, do you really want to know what's wrong with vengeance or is it that you want justification for vengeance?
