Well, I'm not Makayla, but the video is of Mr. Turner or "Dad" as he's known from a cartoon called Fairly OddParents (the main character of the show is Dad's son, Timmy Turner). Timmy's parents' rivals are called the Dinklebergs, and they're always trying to one-up each other at something. In that video, though, somebody just took Dad saying "Dinkleberg" and looped it in such a way where it plays over and over for 10 minutes.

Also, facepalm is when you put your face in your hand, to signify disbelief or another negative emotion.

well i found a hair on the back veranda that looked like a possum hair (i have had to move where there are no possums) and i was intrigued, so i picked it up and i held it between my forefinger and thumb, and i was inspecting it as i walked up the 3 stairs to go inside and put it under the microscope.
i missed the last step and i fell, and my face hit the hand i had in front of it (with the hair in it), and i opened my hand instinctively to cushion the fall to my head (thus losing the hair), and that was my facepalm of the year.

when i got up (i was not injured), i wondered where the hair had gone, and i looked for it, but i never found it.
