Is this true?

My mother said I had bad breath. I did eat canned tuna fish this afternoon.

I am wondering if it could be something else causing it.

It bothers me because I go to great lengths to make sure I have fresh breath.

Mayo. No bread.

Tortilla Chips too. (NOT Doritos).

I know this sounds like kind of a joke question. But I want to know if I have another health issue.

I think that all depends. I don't have bad breath after eating tuna, but I also don't eat canned tuna.

Bad breath after eating something isn't generally indicative of a health problem. Yes, tuna can cause bad breath but it often depends on how fresh it was and what else you ate with it in my experience.

I do. Obsessively. I use mouthwash and tongue scraper twice a week.

I am obsessing over my bad breath because I usually go great lengths to make sure I have fresh breath.

You shouldn't worry about a one time remark. If it's a consistent problem, then yes worrying would be warranted.
