I ate way too much pineapple, and now my mouth hurts ffrom all the vitamin C. Is it possible to solve the problem by just washing my mouth out with water or something?

No clue. Maybe gargle some water?

My recommendation would be a glass or two of milk. I use it when I eat enough salsa to make my saliva spicy, so I don't see why it wouldn't work for pineapple.

It's definitely the acidity. Maybe try some Vaseline on your lips and drink water for a while (= not more acidic stuff like fruit juice or fizzy pop).

I get a similar reaction from pineapple but I love pineapple so much it's worth it.
