My daughter wants to sign up for it. I'll have to sign up myself, but she wants to do the actual work. I'd like to hear from people who have done it, if anyone has.

I've never done that so I can't really give advice or share experience. Anyway, I think that with the right training and precautions it could be a very satisfactory and educational activity. Good luck! :)
