Anyone have a story/reason for choosing a particular avatar/username?

My reason is that Susie the little blue coupe (the Car in my avatar) is one of my favorite Disney characters bcuz I've always had a thing for anthro Cars, and I even have a carsona partially modelled after her that I call "The Little Pink Coupe (where my username is from)." :D

Anyone else? :D I'd love to hear them!

I think this should be in Random.

After seeing the third episode of season 2 of my little pony I was looking at pyscho twilight pictures and I saw this. It was too perfect to not make into my avatar.

My username is blend of Ganondorf and Paradox. I have a tendency to name my video game characters Ganondorf as a joke, so I used Ganondox for when I had to make it be 8 or less letters for some game. It's only one of many screennames I have, but it's the one I use the most.

Those are all really cool, you guys! :)

I like your Twilight avatar, Ganondox - and yeah, I meant to post this in Random, but I accidentally put it here. Thanks for pointing that out - Is there any way for me to move it, or does a mod/admin have to do it?

I was listening to a Jay-Z song while I registered, so Asperger's + Jay-Z = Asp-Z.

As for the current avatar, it's because I weep for humanity (and Sheldon is awesome).

WP: I chose Darth Maul because I was reading about him on the Star Wars wiki.
AIM: I chose doublejointedbackflip2c7 because I'm double jointed, I was thinking about the time I did my first back flip, 2C is my apartment number, and 7 because my apartment is the 7th apartment (from the ground up).
Myspace: Based off of my AIM.
Fanfiction: Based off of my AIM.
Facebook: That's my name.

...Ah... I should really get rid of one of them.

My username is quite literal, it's derived from my real name. My current avatar is my 6 yo self. I always wonder why I'm that literal (lacking fantasy) and whether I'm an egocentric narcissist (for using a picture of myself). It's true, though, that I'm still a child inside in a sense, and I'd prefer to be one.

And the blue seal?

Forgot that one, thanks. I just love how it's blue/green the same as WP layout is. The full picture is just mesmerizing aand I love seals.. I think the next one is going to be one of those tiny frogs the size of a fingernail and huge eyes..

Okay, I'll be honest. Acacia is a pseudonym.

I chose it from the female protagonist from a book called "The boy with the Cuckoo-Clock heart". Acacia is a Spanish girl (and I'm Spanish), with black hair and extremely large dark eyes (just like me). Furthermore, her most important characteristic is her myopia (something I've had since I was nine). Kids at school used to tease me because of that.

Here's a tribute of the book. It's highly sweet, I truly recommend it.

On the other hand, the White comes from my skin colour. Friends tend to call me "La Niña Blanca" (The White Girl)... which curiously is the Mexican representative of Death. Death has been a subject I've been obsessed with since I was 11. My passion is not as strong as that for frogs, but I tend to think a lot about death.

I call myself CyclopsSummers after the superhero in my avatar, Cyclops from the X-Men, whose real name is Scott Summers.

I identify with Cyclops because... well, in part because he can be a bit of a square, a goodie-two-shoes. I( can be like that, too. But another, perhaps more important reason I identify with him, is because he has sometimes been depicted as having trouble socializing with others. Part of this is because of his fear to let other people get close for fear that he might harm them with his deadly eye blasts. The only person in the world who truly understands him, is his telepathic girlfriend (Jean Grey) who is also an X-Woman. And that's because she can read his mind.

I feel comfortable trying to kind of channel Cyclops when I post, because he is responsible and has principles he stands by. I also think his character design is very cool.

I chose ''Joe90'' because it was the name of a character in some sort of film what my mum used to watch, and also it's close to my real name. But I wish I had chosen a more feminine name. Ah well.

My current avatar is the best pic I could find of Robert Downey Jr's Portrayal of Sherlock Holmes. I have also been told my choice of avatars reflects my personality. As for my name, I really cannot remember why I chose it, but i'm stuck with it.
