100% whole wheat flour with 2 grams of sugars per slice.

A bread with 75% whole wheat flour and 25% wheat flour (which my understanding is the same a white flour) with 0 grams of sugar.

What if the second bread was 50%, 50%?

Which will kill me faster? The sugar or white flower?

What if is sweetened with only honey and not refined sugar?

I'd try to relax and not worry too much about it. It's great to be health consious and to eat healthy, but try not to go overboard with it. ;p

I read the ingredients. No sugar and no white flour.

This scares me though. It contains:

Organic Sprouted Whole Lentils, Organic Sprouted Whole Soybean

How does it taste. I am guessing it is an acquired taste.

I'd go for the 100% whole wheat with the 2 grams of sugar.

Boo! It tastes nothing like a pile of dried paper!

It tastes like bread. The texture is course, and it seems a bit drier than "Wonder" bread, but it's higher in fiber and protein than standard brands.

I go through a single loaf about every 6 days.

You didn't get the joke

I know what this bread is like, I am familiar with this type of bread and its taste.

It's like the bran bread.

It tastes like fresh wheat at worst.
