I want to cut down on computer use, porn and masturbation but increase doing language flashcards on my phone, and also playing n-back for 30 minutes every day, read more books (I haven't finished a book in maybe over a year) and exercise more.

I have made up and printed out a table that I'm going to fill out over the next 30 days.

Does anyone have any ideas of what else should I change?
Has anyone done something like this before?

Planning the day out sounds better than what I did. Mine's basically just a log, but I have a general idea of doing "more" or "less" of this and that. If I had very specific goals (in hours/minutes) for each activity then I think it would be more effective. I might have to remake and print this table.
