Planning the day out sounds better than what I did. Mine's basically just a log, but I have a general idea of doing "more" or "less" of this and that. If I had very specific goals (in hours/minutes) for each activity then I think it would be more effective. I might have to remake and print this table.

This is a funny one. If I can't cut down significantly, would installing an internet filter help? I would probably just disable it..
