I'm 2 inches shorter than you, and I'm long since done growing. It doesn't really bother me though.

I am not tall, but fairly average I believe. It is not really an issue, except when I went to turn the tv's off at a gym I have been going to, when I suddenly realized I couldn't reach the turn-off button without jumping for it. Sure, you may have some women that prefer a 6 foot plus guy, but I haven't found that to be an issue.

I'm six one, pissed off that I never made it to six four :(. It'd be sweet to be able to knock people silly if they ever hassled you

I'm 5ft. Used to bother me but now it's ok :) I'm glad I'm short, it makes me different from everyone else and also clothes cheap as I'm 31 and still fit in kids sizes

5'6" is the standard height for most western/european countries. You're tall for asian nations.

Being taller than 6 ft can cause health issues too.

I know a guy who's 6'5" and that didn't stop him from being mugged.

There's nothing wrong with being 5 ft 7, I pretty much enjoy being my height and there's nothing wrong with it.
On the brightside, there are people who are shorter and just be happy for who you are. :)

- SBI. :)

I am 5 9 and I am not insecure.
5 7 isn't bad enough to be insecure.

Depends on if you're male or female.

I'm female, 15, and almost 5'8". However, I'm practically finished growing.

But to the OP... men can grow until their early 20s. My dad was 19 and 6'3" when he married my mom; now, he's 44 and 6'5".

Most people don't notice your height.
