I don't understand how to follow threads.

I'm wasting so much time going back to a bookmarked site (account), then going to all posts, then going through each posts to see if anything new has turned up.

How do you do this?
I dont thinK the "notify me when reply is posted" works for me. I will click on it now and see again.

How does it notify you, by email?

I used to do that but getting 50 e-mails a day wasn't really an option for me when I had work to do
Now I just lurk around the forums hitting F5

Okay, I got that wrong. The notify things does work, looking at wrong email account.

Also, yeah I don't want 50+ emails.

I guess I will continue lurking. I've got a mac, what does F5 do? I am wasting so much time, with a sometimes slow connection, going back through inefficient bookmarked pages.
