Those that chose the red pill on my survey would love limitless energy. Though there's not a pill for that just yet, there are ways to increase our battery size. For me, my red pill is to avoid refined carbs. Eating a bunch of those makes me light headed, tired, and irritable, and I'm a whole different person when I watch what I eat.

Anyone have any red pills of their own? If it works for you it might work for someone else too, and we all need the biggest batteries we can carry!

My red pill would be for me to have enough of an appetite to follow Weight Watchers, every day of the year and not just when things are going well. You can't eat less than a certain amount of points a day for each current weight range that you're at.

I remember posting about red pills and blue pills 5 years ago. It's a small world. :)
