Nope. It's somewhere you wouldn't expect palm trees to be.

Somewhere in Canada?
It's northern hemisphere, as the trees are out of leaf. And they speak English. The signs aren't from the UK. So I can only guess Canada.

I have a palm tree in my front garden, despite it being bloomin' chilly here. It annoys me.

It's somewhere in the Ontario province, possibly Toronto. That's what the license plate on that red SUV suggests. because Ontario uses a blue-on-white color scheme on its license plates. Maybe there are other provinces, as well as some US states, that use the same color scheme, but I know about Ontario for sure, plus it's located north of where palm trees typically grow.

Its in Canada, I walk by a Canada Post mailbox like that every day. The trees are empty of leaves as well. There is no snow so my guess is somewhere out West, probably BC. Maybe one of the islands off the coast
