How do you feel about using the word aspie? am I being too stuck up and ridged by not giving in and using the word casually as well? It would make talking here on WP easier but for some reason it seems like I shouldn't. I've used many place holders: "people on the spectrum", "ASD", "Aspergians", in my head sometimes I roll the last one out as far as it can go aspergereticalisticsizeationalist (asperger-etical-isti'size-ational-ist)

Should I just give in?

or stay strong?

poll is on your opinions on the word, not on your suggestion to how I should do.

I'm fine with the word, but I hardly use it.
