i have been unemployed for a long time now but really that is besides the point...... for nearly 2 years now i hardly ever leave my house on teh weekdays except too see my friends on either friday or saturday and on saturdays or sundays i go for a big walk in the countryside with my parents. granted i do exercise on my running machine indoors and spend some time during the day in my big garden on the weekdays that still is kinda 'in the house' if you know what i mean. i am going out and seeing my friends tommorow night so that is a good thing :)

i think i might have done a thread similar too do this before...... could you perhaps tell me what effect this lifestyle might have on me if i keep this up for longer :?

If you feel healthy and happy, I don't see what's wrong with it.

As long as it's working for you, I don't see how it's bad. Now a days there seems to be a certain "norm" that society has placed upon us and has pressured us to follow, what's normal for you might not be normal for me, to each their own. It's your life, live it as you see fit.
