My (vegetarian) version of the good old English breakfast:
- 2+ slices of buttered toast with jam on the side
- 2 eggs, scrambled
- Grilled tomato split into two halves
- 1+ 250g pot of strawberry/fruity yoghurt
- A few small wedges of cheese
- English Breakfast Tea with milk on the side

Yes, I do have a very hearty appetite. :D

Potato Pancake (sort of like Rosti):

Grate one potato, squeeze all juice out after grating.

Grate half and onion, squeeze most of the juice out after grating.

Mix with a beaten egg, add salt.

Fry in frypan.

yum.

I'll take chicken or steak fajitas any time.

How I make it:

Cook the chicken/steak in oven(about 1lb).
Cut meat into thin slices.
I buy a bag of already cut up onions and bell peppers, if you bought them fresh cut them up too(Half an onion, 1 whole bell pepper).
Lightly coat frying pan with about 3tablespoons of oil and put over medium heat.
Toss in meat and veges and stir in pan so they are coated in oil.
Sprinkle in about 1tbsp of soy sauce and 1/4 cup of sugar and stir. You can add some ground up cayenne pepper if you like(I do).
Add about 1/2 cup of salsa and stir until firm(You don't want it to be watery).
Remove from heat.

Microwave 3 tortillas(I like flour) for 30 seconds.
Sprinkle some shredded cheese(Cheese is optional) onto tortilla and apply a generous portion of fajita mix.
Wrap and enjoy.

The above recipe should be enough for 2-4 persons, depending on their appetite.
